We built our own AI-native operating system.

We set out to answer a single question: what happens when a studio treats itself as the hardest possible client? The constraint was real — the output had to be the platform that runs the business, not a prototype or a mock-up. Every decision was documented, tested and shipped.

The Challenge

Running a studio across multiple disciplines, markets and clients creates coordination drag. We were using a patchwork of tools that didn't talk to each other — strategy lived in one place, design in another, delivery in a third. The result was slow decisions, lost context and missed compounding.

Our Approach

We designed a single intelligence layer that connects strategy, design and engineering in one loop. AI handles the connective tissue — drafting, summarising, routing, surfacing. Humans set the standards, make the calls, and ship the work. No handoffs. No translation layers.
