ZenBlu is a boutique hotel launching into a competitive hospitality market. They needed a digital presence that communicated luxury and calm — and infrastructure that would drive direct bookings from day one.
The Challenge
New hospitality brands face a cold-start problem: without an established digital presence and OTA footprint, visibility and bookings are almost entirely dependent on third-party platforms that erode margins.
